Inspired by the famous chocolate truffles from the city of Ica, Peru, this cake features two layers of rich, moist chocolate sponge cake filled with velvety Dulce de Leche diplomat cream, crispy chocolate crumble, and dark chocolate shavings.

Large (1/4 sheet) serves 24 (approx. 2” squares)

Small (1/8 sheet) serves 12 (approx. 2” squares)
